SWTP-9 Stage-1 Pump Station Rehabilitation Al-jobail, KSA

 Integrated Engineers team has been involved as  sub-consultant and designer in Pump station  rehabilitation project  

Project Brief

 The exsisting SWTP-9 Stage 1 Pump Station , which is    currently used to distribute water within the SWTP 9 , has   been upgraded and converted to transmit TSE water to     Western District. Upgrade includes rehabilitation of           Building, replacement  of pumps , power supply ,     emergency generator and pump control system .

  • Pumps : (5) working + (1) standby
Scope of Work
  • Electro Mechanical Deisgn for the pump                      station 
  • Pipe sizing and material selection.
  • Material Take off for all pump station part 
  • 3D Modelling for the station using  different                BIM  software technology .
  • Pump selection .
  • 2D Drawings for including 3 views and table                of quantity.
